THE KITCHEN AND DINING Chef’s Kitchen: A bright, modern space with stainless appliances and a unique green-and-white striped soffit. The Island: A large stone island offers ample prep space and casual barstool seating. Formal Dining: A chic spot for family meals featuring a tiered chandelier and vibrant accent wallpaper. RELAXED LIVING SPACE Main Lounge: An open-concept living area with a plush sectional and a custom neon "Sippin' Sunshine in the Rosy Tropics" sign. Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Sliding glass doors connect the interior directly to the screened-in lanai. THE BEDROOMS (SLEEPS 10) Primary Suite: A sophisticated sanctuary featuring a king-sized canopy bed and direct access to the pool deck. Old Florida King: A second king bedroom with classic rattan textures and botanical green and pink tones. The Bunk Room: Features queen-over-queen bunks with a twin trundle and a dedicated TV for the kids. THE BACKYARD RESORT Screened Oasis: A fully enclosed lanai with a private heated pool, alfresco dining, and a large outdoor movie screen. Outdoor Fun: Relax in the hot tub, play on our private putting green, or gather around the fire table for s'mores. Social Hub: Enjoy a drink at the garden bar under a fringed umbrella next to our custom property mural. THE GAME ROOM Converted garage featuring a pool table, shuffleboard table, and classic arcade games like Pac-Man.
